Senior Graphic Designer - Albania

We are looking for a Graphic Designer with a creative mindset and strong technical skills to create compelling visual designs for our brand and marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Materials Design: Create graphics for social media, websites, product packaging, and advertising that align with our brand identity.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with copywriters, creative directors, and marketing teams to develop consistent visual concepts.

Design Software Utilization: Create high-quality designs using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and Canva.

Design Principles Application: Use typography, layout, and color theory to enhance the visual impact of materials.

Brand Consistency: Maintain and adhere to brand guidelines across all visual assets.

Creative Concept Development: Brainstorm and execute visual ideas that support business goals and resonate with our target audience.

Design for multiple formats: Adapt and optimize images for multiple media, including digital, print, and multimedia.

​​Meet project deadlines: Effectively manage time and prioritize projects to deliver on time.

Stay on top of trends: Constantly research and integrate emerging design trends and technologies.

Qualifications and Skills

Proven experience: A well-rounded portfolio that demonstrates creativity and expertise across a wide range of design projects.

Technical proficiency: Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and other design tools.

Effective communication: Ability to clearly present and explain design concepts to creative and non-creative stakeholders.

Strong design foundation: Strong knowledge of typography, composition, color, and branding.

Excellent time management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Adaptability: Ability to iterate designs based on feedback and evolving project needs.
