**Role overview:**

As a Modern Workplace System Engineer, you will be responsible for both building and maintaining our digital workplace platforms in a dynamic, fast-moving enterprise environment. Your focus will be on delivering modernization projects, rolling out new solutions, and ensuring the ongoing stability, performance, and standardization of existing services.

This role combines project delivery with structural platform ownership, not just incident-based support.

You will be part of our global Build & Run team. To support company growth, we are looking to hire multiple System Engineers with a variety of technical specialties. Candidates are also encouraged to review our other System Engineer vacancies to find the best match for their expertise.

**Key Responsibilities:**

· Design, implement, and deploy Modern Workplace solutions and improvements.

· Maintain and optimize existing workplace platforms and services.

· Deliver workplace transformation projects (rollouts, upgrades, standardization).

· Implement changes in line with formal change management processes.

· Provide advanced 3rd line support for complex incidents when required.

· Maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.

· Collaborate with global teams and share knowledge.

**Technology Focus:**

Key technologies in this role include:

· Microsoft SCCM (in-depth knowledge is a strong plus)

· Microsoft Teams (strong plus)

· Windows Printing (strong plus)

· Microsoft Intune

· Citrix

· PowerShell automation

· Microsoft Azure (Modern Workplace services

**Requirements:**

· Medior to Senior experience in Modern Workplace or EUC engineering.

· Strong background in project delivery and platform maintenance.

· Experience working with structured change and release processes.

· Hands-on, proactive, and solution-oriented.

· Fluent in English, comfortable in an international setting.

· Willingness to travel occasionally for collaboration and project support.

· Willing to participate in an on-call rotation with colleagues.
