**Position Overview:**

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to become a part of our expanding Tax & Outsourcing Team. Our department collaborates with clients across various industries on a global scale, providing a unique opportunity to engage directly with partners and contribute valuable insights within the team. **Key responsibilities**

- Proactively manage a diverse portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs are met with precision and care.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key client contacts, fostering trust and collaboration.
- Uphold the highest professional standards in all deliverables and interactions.
- Conduct in-depth research on tax issues and provide informed recommendations to more senior team members.

**What you bring to the role**

- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- +3 years of relevant work experience in tax and accounting.
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, National Accounting Standards, and Albanian fiscal legislation.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
- Outstanding communication and prioritization skills.
- Strong analytical abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
- Results-driven mindset with a commitment to quality and accuracy.
- Ability to thrive in a complex work environment while maintaining efficiency.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with leadership and staff at all levels.
