SEO-Focused Website Specialist

A U.S. appraisal company is looking for a full-time
**SEO-focused website specialist**
who understands how search engines work and is ready to execute practical on-page SEO tasks across multiple websites.

This role is ideal for someone who combines
**SEO knowledge with hands-on website building skills**
and enjoys moving quickly from strategy to implementation.

Responsibilities

- Execute
**on-page SEO tasks**
, including page structure, metadata, internal linking, and content optimization.
- Build and structure websites using builders such as
**Elementor, Divi, Hostinger Website Builder**
, etc.
- Implement SEO best practices directly on the site (not just analysis).
- Use
**AI tools such as ChatGPT**
to improve workflow efficiency and content production.
- Manage and execute tasks across
**multiple projects simultaneously.**

What We're Looking For

- **3+ years**
of experience working in SEO.
- Strong understanding of
**SEO fundamentals and on-page optimization.**
- Ability to
**build and structure websites quickly and efficiently.**
- Someone who is
**action-oriented**
and
**execution-focused.**
- Comfortable working directly with the
**company owner.**
- Able to
**communicate ideas and recommendations**
clearly and confidently.

Bonus Skills (Not Required)

- Familiarity with
**AI automation**
tools such as
**n8n.**
- Experience improving workflow efficiency through automation.
