**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Content Creator based in Tirana. The Social Media Content Creator will develop, curate, and manage content across various social media platforms that align with Unita’s brand and business goals. Responsibilities include crafting engaging content, designing campaigns, monitoring social media trends, analyzing performance metrics, and maintaining consistent online communication. This person will collaborate cross-functionally with marketing and creative teams to ensure cohesive and strategic messaging.


**Qualifications**


- Proven skills in Social Media Content Creation, Copywriting, and Creative Writing
- Proficiency in Social Media Management, Campaign Planning, and Analytics Tools
- Knowledge of Graphic Design and Multimedia Editing, including familiarity with design software
- Strong ability to analyze trends and audience behavior for optimizing online reach and engagement
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and time-management skills
- Familiarity with B2B platforms and digital marketing is a plus
- Experience in the technology or business collaboration sectors is beneficial
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field
