Software Architect & Full stack Engineer (Java/JEE)

We are looking for highly seasoned Senior Software Architects and Fullstack Developers to lead the technical conception and implementation of a complex enterprise identity and application landscape. The project involves bridging legacy Java/JEE systems with modern Microservices, integrating specialized IAM tools (CyberArk/One Identity), and establishing a standardized logging and compliance framework for 2026.

**Responsibilities**

- Architectural Design & Java Development

Lead the design and implementation of scalable Microservices using Spring Boot and Hibernate/JPA.

Develop and optimize modern frontends using Angular/TypeScript and maintain legacy JSF (PrimeFaces) modules.

Conduct OOA/OOD and document architectures using UML and tools like Enterprise Architect.

- BPMN & Process Automation

Model and implement automated business processes using Camunda (BPMN) and rule engines (Drools/JRules).

Integration of workflow automation within the existing Java ecosystem.

- IAM & Security Integration

Provide technical consultancy for CyberArk onboarding (Mainframe systems).

Design and implement JML (Joiner-Mover-Leaver) processes and authorization concepts.

Collaborate with technical teams to integrate SoD (Segregation of Duties) Matrix requirements into systems like SailPoint or One Identity.

- Compliance & Logging Framework

Develop a standardized Application Logging Framework, including technical and organizational inventory.

Conduct criticality-based analysis and validate logging requirements with Application Owners.

Define the 2026 Target State for audit-compliant system monitoring.

**Qualifications**

- Seniority: Approx. 8 + years of experience in Java/JEE environments.
- Backend: Expert knowledge in Spring, Spring Boot, Microservices, CDI, Kafka.Frontend: Proficient in Angular (Material, RxJS), TypeScript, and JSF.Database: High proficiency in Oracle, PostgreSQL, PL/SQL, and Data Modeling.
- Cloud & DevOps: Hands-on experience with OpenShift, Kubernetes, Docker, andGitLab CI/CD.
- Security: Solid understanding of SAML/SSO, WebServices (REST/SOAP), and audit-compliant documentation.
