Sr. Front End Developer (iGaming)

**Location:**
 Remote - open to candidates located in Europe.

**Key Responsibilities**

- **System Architecture & Strategy:**
 Contribute directly to the architectural design by driving improvements in scalability, performance, and modularity, and evaluating new technologies for future adoption.
- **Complex Feature Development:**
 Implement highly functional features, focusing specifically on real-time/data-intensive UIs using clean, tested JavaScript/TypeScript and ensuring robust API integration.
- **Quality Assurance & Accessibility:**
 Guarantee code quality through writing strong unit/integration tests and ensuring the UI is compliant with WCAG/accessibility standards.
- **Performance Optimization:**
 Proactively identify and resolve system bottlenecks using profiling tools, with a focus on optimizing core web vitals like LCP (Largest Contentful Paint).
- **Code Craftsmanship & Mentorship:**
 Champion and enforce high standards for clean code through in-depth code reviews and providing clear technical guidance to peers.
- **CI/CD & Ownership:**
 Drive improvements in CI/CD pipelines and developer tooling, taking complete end-to-end ownership of features through design, deployment, and subsequent monitoring/on-call support.

**What You Bring**

- 6+ years of experience as a Frontend or Full-Stack Engineer.
- Expertise in JavaScript, TypeScript, and other related frameworks.
- Deep knowledge of modern architecture, state management, and rendering strategies.
- Proven experience with real-time systems and API integration (REST/GraphQL).
- Strong focus on testing practices and performance optimization.
- Experience with component libraries and web accessibility.
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong communication and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Bonus Experience: Regulated industries (gaming/fintech), transactional UIs.
