Support Engineer – Digital Journeys

**We are looking for a Support Engineer – Digital Journeys to join our team.**
Quipu is the dedicated IT company of the ProCredit group and provides comprehensive end-to-end solutions for all ProCredit institutions, as well as for other banks and financial institutions This includes everything from electronic payment services to software systems, hybrid cloud hosting, and a host of other operations.
A 100% subsidiary of ProCredit Holding, Quipu was established in March 2004 and is headquartered in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. Quipu plays a central role within the ProCredit group, providing a comprehensive range of support services that enable the banks to become competitive and efficient.
**What your key responsibilities will be:**
- Provide support for a software solution developed in low-code platform based on Java Script.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions in a timely manner.
- Ensure support quality of the solutions following standards, best practices and KPI defined by the SLA

- Maintenance and improvement of software solutions in accordance with company standards and policies.
**Skills and experience we expect from you:**
- **Support of software solution**
: A minimum of 2 years of experience in support of software solution and providing 2nd level support.
- **JavaScript Development**
: A minimum of
**2 years of experience**
in JavaScript development, using node.JS
- Frontend Development: Experience with React framework, HTML and CSS for creating responsive and visually appealing user interfaces.
- **Database Proficiency**
: Experience with
**Microsoft SQL**
or other relational databases.
- Understanding of
**integration technologies**
: Familiarity with RESTful APIs and web services.
- Cloud Services: Experience with Microsoft Azure or other cloud computing services, including deployment, and scaling.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to convey complex technical concepts clearly.
- Demonstrates a proactive, selfdriven approach to problem solving.
- Strong team-working skills, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to focus on details while managing support items.
- Efficiently prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- An internal drive to learn, improve, and stay updated with industry trends.
- Willingness to share knowledge with colleagues and contribute to a learning culture.
- Familiarity with banking business processes and requirements is advantageous.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
