### **Job Title: Territory Account Manager – Albania & Kosovo**

### **About the Role**
Solenis and Diversey are seeking a driven and dynamic **Territory Account Manager** to lead and grow our Institutional business across **Albania and Kosovo**. This role focuses on delivering chemical solutions and service programs to clients in the **hospitality, hotel, restaurant, healthcare, and laundry sectors**.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing an established portfolio of accounts, servicing more than 100 key contacts across both territories, and driving market expansion while maintaining long-term customer relationships.
### Requirements
### **Key Responsibilities**
- Manage and grow a territory portfolio of institutional clients across Albania and Kosovo.
- Develop strong relationships with over 100 key contacts within hotels, restaurants, healthcare facilities, and commercial laundries.
- Identify new business opportunities to expand market presence and achieve sales growth targets.
- Provide product knowledge, technical support, and service solutions tailored to each customer’s operational needs.
- Analyze customer performance metrics and propose value-driven chemical and hygiene solutions.
- Conduct regular site visits, audits, product demonstrations, and training sessions.
- Collaborate with internal teams in sales support, technical services, and supply chain to ensure exceptional customer experience.
- Prepare and deliver accurate sales forecasts, reports, and territory performance updates.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
### **Qualifications & Experience**
- 2–5 years of sales or account management experience, ideally within institutional cleaning, chemical solutions, hospitality services, or related industries.
- Strong understanding of the hospitality, HORECA, or healthcare sector.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently, plan territory coverage, and manage a diverse client base.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively across Albania and Kosovo.
- Fluency in Albanian; English required. Additional regional languages are a plus.
