**Role Description**

The Tour Guide position at Inex Travel is a full-time, on-site role located in Skopje. As a Tour Guide, you will be responsible for leading guided tours, providing information about historical and cultural sites, ensuring the safety and comfort of the tour participants, and offering exceptional customer service. You will also be required to engage and entertain guests, answer questions, and promote additional services provided by Inex Travel.

**Qualifications**

- Guided Tours, History knowledge, and Sales skills
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with diverse groups
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
- Familiarity with the geographic and cultural landscape of Skopje
- Professionalism and reliability
