**Tour Operations & Logistics Coordinator**

We are looking for a
**Tour Operations & Logistics Coordinator**
to join our Tour Department and support the daily planning, coordination, and execution of tours. This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations, strong partner relationships, and high-quality service delivery for our clients.

The ideal candidate will have experience in the tourism or travel industry and be highly organized, communicative, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Coordinate daily tour operations, including scheduling, logistics, and confirmations
- Maintain strong and professional relationships with
**tour guides, hotels, transport providers, and partners**
- Ensure all tour services are confirmed and delivered according to itinerary and standards
- Communicate operational details clearly with internal teams and external partners
- Handle last-minute changes and operational issues in a calm and efficient manner
- Support tour planning, reservations, and operational documentation
- Monitor tour execution and report any issues or improvements needed
- Assist with coordination related to transport, accommodations, and additional services

**Requirements & Qualifications**

- Previous experience in a
**Tour Operator, Travel Agency, or Car Rental company**
(or similar role)
- Strong
**communication and interpersonal skills**
, with the ability to maintain excellent relationships with partners
- Proven ability to
**multitask and manage multiple operations simultaneously**
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and operational accuracy
- Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Comfortable using booking systems, email, and operational tools
