Track & Trace Associate

**Summary:**

We are looking for detail-oriented and proactive individuals to join our Track & Trace team in Štip and Kumanovo. This on-site role plays a crucial part in ensuring the smooth flow of operations by monitoring shipments, tracking delivery statuses, and resolving any issues that may arise during transportation. Success in this position means maintaining high levels of accuracy, quick response times, and excellent communication with both internal teams and external partners. As part of the logistics department, you will directly contribute to customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.

**Responsibilities:**

- Monitor and track all incoming and outgoing shipments using internal systems and tracking tools
- Communicate regularly with drivers, dispatchers, and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery
- Investigate and resolve any delivery issues, delays, or discrepancies in real-time
- Maintain accurate shipment records and update databases with tracking information
- Collaborate with customer service and warehouse teams to coordinate logistics activities
- Generate daily and weekly tracking reports for internal stakeholders

**Qualifications:**

- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication in Macedonian; English proficiency is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Prior experience in logistics, transportation, or a similar field is preferred
- Basic computer literacy and experience with shipment tracking software or Excel
- High school diploma required; further education in logistics or supply chain is an advantage
