**THE ROLE**

We are currently in search of an experienced UX designer for a full-time position within our team. Your role will include gathering user requirements, wireframing prototypes and designing functional and appealing website, as well as enhancing our product experience and interfaces.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

·      Gather and evaluate user requirements based on project briefs in collaboration with key stakeholders, project managers and developers

·      Identify UX problems and find creative ways to solve them (e.g. usability, responsiveness, accessibility)

·      Understand product specifications and user psychology

·      Create user flows that map out the user's journey

·      Design and deliver functional elements, low and high-fidelity wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes optimized for a wide range of devices and interfaces

·      Work with web developers to implement and review designs and communicate design ideas and prototypes with them

·      Keep up to date with industry trends

**ABOUT YOU**

·      2+ years of working experience as a UI/UX Designer

·      Strong portfolio of design projects

·      Fluent in design and prototyping techniques, principles and tools like Figma, Adobe Suite and similar.

·      Up to date with the latest UI trends, techniques, interaction design trends, usability principles, and platform guidelines

·      Analytical mind with a business awareness

·      Problem-solving aptitude and attention to details

·      Team spirit: strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders

·      Ability to manage multiple projects at a time
