VA26P019V01 - Project Management Assistant

As part of the ICMPD Western Balkan region, within the ICMPD Skopje office, the Project Assistant works under the direct supervision of the Project Manager in Skopje and in close copperation with the project teams in the region and in Vienna. The Project Assistant is responsible for providing a wide range of administrative/logistical/technical support to project teams throughout the planning and implementation of project(s) activities.


The Project Assistant will support activities in Projects that deal with different aspects of migration: from border management and security, procurement, return, reintegration and readmission, anti-trafficking etc.


Bachelor's degree is required.


Proficiency in English and Macedonian languages are mandarory.


Proficieny in Albanian language is an asset .
