**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Waitress located in Skopje. The Waitress will welcome guests, take orders, and serve food and beverages while ensuring an exceptional dining experience. Day-to-day responsibilities include ensuring the cleanliness of the dining area, promptly addressing customer inquiries, and collaborating with other team members to maintain smooth operations. The role may also involve providing menu recommendations and handling payments.


**Qualifications**


- Customer Service and Communication skills to interact effectively and professionally with guests and team members
- Knowledge of Food & Beverage and Food Service standards to ensure proper preparation and presentation
- Basic understanding of Cooking is a plus but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask efficiently
- Positive attitude, attention to detail, and a team-oriented approach
- Prior experience in hospitality or food service is an advantage but not mandatory
