**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Web Developer, based in Tirana. As a Web Developer, you will be responsible for developing, customizing, and optimizing websites that are visually appealing, functional, and conversion-focused. You will work closely with our marketing and design teams to bring projects to life and ensure the best user experience.

**Qualifications**

- Proven experience as a Web Developer with a strong portfolio
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and modern web development practices
- Experience with WordPress development and customization
- Experience with Shopify or other e-commerce platforms is a plus
- Understanding of SEO principles and website performance optimization
- Experience with website integrations (APIs, forms, CRM tools, etc.)
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail

**Responsibilities**

- Develop and maintain websites for clients across different industries
- Build responsive and mobile-friendly websites
- Customize WordPress, Shopify, and other CMS platforms
- Optimize websites for speed, performance, and SEO
- Implement integrations such as analytics tools, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms
- Troubleshoot technical issues and maintain website functionality
- Collaborate with designers and marketers to ensure consistent branding and conversion-focused layouts
- Ensure websites are secure, scalable, and optimized for long-term performance
