As a
**Website Manager**
, you will lead the performance, architecture, and continuous evolution of a global WordPress ecosystem that supports international marketing, talent acquisition, and brand growth. Your work ensures the platform operates with speed, reliability, and conversion efficiency while enabling marketing teams to execute initiatives that support business expansion across markets. **Your Daily Tasks**

Full Website Ownership

- Manage all WordPress properties (main site, microsites, subdomains)
- Oversee Cloudways Autonomous hosting, uptime, security, and performance
- Handle updates, plugins, backend configurations, and technical troubleshooting
- Ensure clean architecture, scalability, and zero unexpected downtime

Development & Technical Execution

- Implement and manage custom code
- Advanced capabilities with JavaScript, CSS, HTML, GSAP
- Optimize site speed and Core Web Vitals
- Configure backend systems to ensure strong UX and functionality
- Build and operate webpages using Elementor and Gutenberg
- Support future website redesign or rebuild initiatives as needed

Marketing & Conversion Enablement

- Build and deploy landing pages in Elementor and Gutenberg independently
- Publish blogs, landing pages, eBooks, and press releases daily
- Create modular elements to support campaign agility
- Implement HubSpot forms, CTAs, and integrations
- Execute A/B testing and personalization strategies
- Collaborate with SEO to ensure best practices in content publishing

Innovation & Continuous Improvement

- Identify and implement UX/UI improvements to enhance user journeys
- Proactively recommend ideas to improve user journey and engagement
- Stay ahead of digital trends and evolving web technologies
- Partner with digital marketing, content, SEO, and design to elevate the overall site experience

Analytics & Reporting

- Manage GA4 tracking and performance monitoring
- Pull and interpret traffic, engagement, and conversion data
- Provide actionable insights to marketing leadership

**The Qualifications We Seek**

(Preferred) Interactive & Animation Experience

- Implement animations and interactive modules using custom code or similar (GSAP, SVG, Three.js, WebGL)
- Collaborate with design to enhance engagement through dynamic elements

Required Experience

- **6+ years managing WordPress (backend & frontend)**
- **Strong experience with Cloudways Autonomous hosting**
- Advanced
**Elementor expertise**
- Advanced in
**JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and custom development**
- Experience working directly with marketing teams
- **Strong understanding of UX/UI and user journey optimization**
- **Experience with GA4, A/B testing, and personalization**
- Experience with HubSpot forms and integrations
- **Working knowledge of SEO best practices**
- Proven ability to independently manage and scale WordPress environments

Employment type: Full time

Shift: Day Shift, 11 AM - 7 PM Skopje Time | Weekends Off
