We design, develop, and distribute internet auction platforms for well-known international customers in the banking and automotive industries. Our platforms are used across 17+ European countries. We are looking for a **motivated and committed Server Administrator** to join our IT department in Shkodra as soon as possible. 🛠️ **Your Responsibilities** - Installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers, networks, and other IT systems - Ensuring system security and implementing security policies - Troubleshooting technical malfunctions and supporting IT-related inquiries - Updating and maintaining documentation regarding the IT infrastructure - Collaborating with other departments to ensure the smooth functioning of IT systems - Ensuring quality and improving processes - Providing first-level technical support for colleagues on-site 💻 **Your Profile** - Degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience) - Very good knowledge of English, spoken and written - Knowledge of German, spoken and written, is an advantage - Proficiency in server operating systems such as Linux, Debian, Ubuntu, and Windows Server - Good knowledge of server hardware, virtualization, and cloud computing - Practical knowledge of virtualization technologies and platforms, including Proxmox and Xen - Knowledge of Kubernetes and container orchestration - Experience with or good understanding of open-source technologies and solutions - Familiarity with server monitoring and management tools - Strong attention to detail and good documentation practices - Structured way of working, commitment, and team spirit - Solution-oriented way of thinking and precise task execution - Desire for continuous professional development 🌱 **What We Offer** - Pleasant and professional working environment in a dynamic company - Participation in interesting and challenging projects for key accounts - Individual training opportunities, including courses and in-house coaching - A family atmosphere in which fun is allowed - Great development opportunities within a qualified, international team - Competitive compensation package - 40 working hours per week, Monday–Friday 📩 **Apply Now** Don’t meet 100% of the requirements? **Still apply!** We value motivation, potential, and willingness to learn.
