Team Leader

**Optima Albania is looking for an experienced Supervisor to join our Data Entry campaign on a full-time basis. The campaign is focused on the entry and processing of contractual data for new customers, as well as Cluster Business activities. Key Responsibilities • Lead, manage, motivate and support the Data Entry team on a daily basis • Organize and coordinate the team’s daily activities and workflow • Monitor team performance, productivity and KPIs • Ensure the quality, accuracy and correct processing of data in Italian • Provide ongoing coaching, support and training to team members • Prepare reports on campaign performance and progress in both Italian and Albanian • Maintain direct communication with management and Italian clients when required • Identify operational issues and implement effective solutions to ensure efficiency and continuity of the workflow • Ensure compliance with internal procedures, quality standards and campaign objectives Requirements & Qualifications • Excellent knowledge of Italian – C1/C2 level, both written and spoken • Proven previous experience as a Team Leader, Supervisor or Team Manager • Previous experience in Data Entry or similar operational processes is considered a strong plus • Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with strong attention to detail • Very good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel • Strong leadership and time-management skills • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities • Ability to work in a dynamic, target-oriented environment What We Offer • A professional, dynamic and supportive working environment • Competitive salary • Performance bonus • Real opportunities for professional growth and career development within the company • Full-time employment within a structured and growing organization** Burimi: https://www.linkedin.com/jobs/view/4462159037/
