We are looking for a
**2nd Level Application Support Specialist**
to join our support team, responsible for advanced incident management, monitoring activities, and operational reporting within a production environment.

🔧
**Key Responsibilities**

- Manage and resolve
**2nd level support tickets**
using
**TSSC**
- Generate and distribute
**daily operational reports**
related to
**TT activities**
- Monitor the
**IRP interface**
and proactively identify and handle anomalies
- Analyze and resolve
**DBCopia / Opera-related incidents**
- Perform data analysis and troubleshooting using
**SQL**
- Collaborate with technical teams to investigate root causes and implement corrective actions

🛠️
**Required Skills & Experience**

- Strong knowledge of
**SQL**
for data analysis and incident resolution
- Experience in
**2nd level application or technical support**
- Familiarity with
**ticketing systems**
such as
**TSSC**
- Experience monitoring system interfaces and batch processes

**⭐Nice-to-Have**

- Experience with
**IRP interfaces**
and
**DBCopia / Opera systems**
- Knowledge of
**AMS / ITIL support processes**
- Experience working in
**production-critical environments**
