**Job Title: Abstracter / Survey Technician – ALTA/NSPS Surveys**

**Location: Tirana, Albania**

**Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 15:00 - 23:00**

**Job Description / Responsibilities:**

We are seeking a detail-oriented Abstracter / Survey Technician to join our team. This role focuses on researching public property records and interpreting deeds, titles, and plats to support boundary and ALTA/NSPS surveys.

**Key responsibilities include:**

- Researching public records, deeds, and titles to collect property information
- Reviewing survey records, plats, and other documentation to verify and organize data
- Matching collected data to original research and preparing schedules (Schedule A, Table B, Survey Reading)
- Drawing boundary lines based on research and field data
- Drafting accurate survey deliverables in CAD with professional presentation
- Coordinating data from field crews, point clouds, and research into final survey plans
- Assisting with Boundary Surveys, Topographic Surveys, and ALTA/NSPS Surveys

**Required Skills / Programs:**

- Hands-on experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D
- Experience with point clouds (Autodesk Recap training provided)
- Familiarity with surveying principles, boundary work, and deed interpretation
- Strong proficiency in data organization and attention to detail
- Microsoft Excel or similar data programs

**Software / Training Provided:**

- N4CE (training provided)
- Autodesk Recap (training provided)

**Experience / Education:**

- Surveying education or field experience preferred (licensure a plus, not required)
- Prior hands-on experience with point clouds and Civil 3D is required
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently
