Account Manager

is looking for a
**proactive, relationship-driven Account Manager**
to join our team. This is a
**full-time, on-site role**
where you’ll take ownership of key partner accounts and play a hands-on role in driving long-term success.

**As an Account Manager, you will:**

- Own and grow relationships with key partners
- Act as the main point of contact between partners and internal teams
- Develop and execute strategic account plans
- Launch, manage, and optimize campaigns
- Track performance, analyze results, and identify growth opportunities
- Ensure partner satisfaction and long-term collaboration

You’ll work closely with partners to understand their goals and help them achieve measurable results.

with attention to detail
- Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
- Background in
**sales, business development, or client-facing roles**
(a plus)
- Experience in
**affiliate marketing, iGaming, or performance marketing**
(a plus)
- Bachelor’s degree in
**Business, Marketing, or a related field**
(a plus)

**Location:**
Kompleksi Delijorgji, Tirana

**Working hours:**
Mon - Fri 8AM to 5PM
