**Role Description**
This is a full-time remote role as an Account Manager, specifically for candidates based in Albania or North Macedonia. The Account Manager will manage client relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and foster account growth. Responsibilities include understanding customer needs, providing tailored solutions, coordinating internal teams, and identifying opportunities to expand client partnerships. The role also involves maintaining consistent communication to deliver exceptional results and enhance the overall client experience.
**Qualifications**
- Strong account management, client relationship building, and project coordination skills
- Experience in identifying customer needs and crafting effective solutions
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to foster and maintain client partnerships
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks efficiently in a remote work environment
- Proficiency with CRM tools, data analysis, and reporting to support account growth
- Problem-solving abilities and creative thinking for delivering customized client solutions
- Previous experience in a customer success, account management, or sales role preferred
- Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus
