Accounting Bookkeeper

**Role Description**

This is a full-time, on-site Accounting Bookkeeper role located in Skopje, Macedonia. The Accounting Bookkeeper will be responsible for managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate records, preparing financial statements, and reconciling accounts. Additional duties include entering and overseeing MDN Freight Inc. is growing, and we’re looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Professional to join our team! If you have strong QuickBooks experience and a solid understanding of accounting principles, we’d love to hear from you.

💼 What You’ll Do

• Manage journal entries and day-to-day bookkeeping tasks

• Utilize accounting software (QuickBooks preferred) to maintain accurate financial data

• Prepare, analyze, and interpret financial statements

• Collaborate with the finance team to ensure compliance with accounting standards

• Maintain organized financial records and support reporting processes

✅ Qualifications

• Strong experience in bookkeeping and financial record-keeping

• Proficiency in QuickBooks and other accounting tools

• Solid understanding of financial statements and accounting principles

• Experience handling journal entries and reconciliations

• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, on-site environment

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred)

• Experience in transportation/logistics industry is a plus

• US transportation market experience is preferred (not required)
