**Role Description**

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Real Estate Agent, located in Tirana. The Real Estate Agent will assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties by conducting property viewings, negotiating on behalf of clients, and preparing necessary documentation. The role involves staying informed about the real estate market trends, maintaining strong client relationships, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the transaction process.

**Qualifications**

- Possession of a valid Real Estate License
- Strong skills in Real Estate and understanding of Real Property regulations
- Proven abilities in Sales and Customer Service
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in local real estate market knowledge
- Ability to work on-site and provide updates to clients promptly
- Fluency in local language; proficiency in additional languages is considered an advantage
- Prior experience in real estate or similar fields is preferred
