**Role Description**
This is a full-time, on-site role for an
*Administrative Assistant*
located in Tirana. The Administrative Assistant will handle various day-to-day tasks including managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and supporting executive staff with administrative duties. They will be responsible for clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and correspondence. The role also involves coordinating office activities and ensuring efficient office operations.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Welcoming visitors to the office.
- Scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
- Organizing meetings and managing databases booking transport and accommodation.
- Maintaining files and dealing with other administrative support tasks.
- Perform receptionist duties when needed.
- Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues.
**Qualifications**
- Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills
- Phone Etiquette and Communication skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
