**Role Description**

The Aftersale Specialist will provide high-quality call sales following the sale of financial products and services. Responsibilities include handling client inquiries, resolving post-sale requests, maintaining customer satisfaction, and ensuring timely follow-ups with clients. The specialist will also manage complaints, process refunds or claims as needed, and ensure clients receive appropriate guidance. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Tirana.

**Qualifications**

- Customer service and problem-solving skills to address inquiries and handle complaints effectively.
- Organizational and multitasking skills to manage follow-up activities and administrative tasks.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Proficiency in relevant computer systems or tools for managing customer data and processing post-sale requests.
- Fluency in Albanian and English; additional language skills are an advantage.
- Previous experience in customer support or financial services is highly beneficial.
