**Role Description**

This is a full-time, on-site Agjent Shitjesh role located in Tirana, Albania. The role involves engaging with potential clients to promote and sell the company’s construction and development projects. Responsibilities include building and maintaining client relationships, understanding client needs, assisting with their decision-making process, preparing sales proposals, and achieving sales targets. The role also requires collaborating with team members and providing regular progress reports to management.

**Qualifications**

- Strong sales, negotiation, and persuasion skills
- Excellent communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze customer needs and develop tailored solutions
- Experience with preparing and presenting sales proposals
- Proficiency in Albanian is required; English or additional languages are a plus
- Familiarity with the construction or real estate industry is advantageous
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- Proficient in using CRM software and office tools
