AI Platform Senior Officer / Senior ML Engineer

**Role Overview:**

We create the foundational infrastructure, services, and tools that empower engineers and data scientists across the company to build, deploy, and manage AI/ML models at scale, seamlessly and efficiently. We are looking for a visionary and hands-on Senior AI Engineer to join our pioneering team and help define the next generation of our AI capabilities.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- **Architect and Build Scalable AI Infrastructure:**
Design and implement high-throughput, low-latency microservices for our core AI platform. You will build robust systems on
**Kubernetes (AWS EKS)**
and leverage
**event-driven architectures**
using technologies like
**Kafka**
and
**AWS SQS/SNS**
to create a decoupled and resilient platform for data ingestion, model training, and real-time inference.
- **Develop Advanced Test Automation Frameworks:**
Engineer and maintain comprehensive
**automated testing strategies**
from the ground up. This includes creating robust frameworks for unit, integration, and end-to-end testing of platform services using tools like
**Pytest**
or
**JUnit**
. Crucially, you will also pioneer test automation for the ML lifecycle itself, covering data validation, model performance regression, and bias detection.
- **Full-Stack Platform Development:**
Develop performant backend APIs using frameworks like
**FastAPI**
,
**Go (Gin)**
, or
**Spring Boot**
. You will also build the user-facing aspects of our platform, creating intuitive dashboards and developer tools with modern frontend frameworks like
**React**
or
**Vue.js**
.
- **Champion MLOps and Automation:**
Drive the automation of the entire ML lifecycle. Implement and manage MLOps pipelines using tools like
**MLflow**

**Kubeflow**
, and
**DVC**
. You will build sophisticated
**CI/CD**
workflows in

**Jenkins**
that automatically build, test, deploy, and monitor machine learning models.
- **Develop and Optimize ML Models:**
Go beyond infrastructure to collaborate with business stakeholders and data science teams. Develop custom ML models from scratch and apply your expertise to
**fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs)**
to solve specific business challenges, with a focus on optimizing them for production performance and cost.
- **Lead, Mentor, and Collaborate:**
Act as a technical leader within the team and across the organization. Mentor junior engineers, conduct code and design reviews, and work closely with product managers, data scientists, and other engineering teams to translate requirements into powerful platform features.

**Requirements:**

- **Experience:**
A minimum of
**5+ years**
of professional software engineering experience, with a proven track record of shipping high-quality, scalable software.
- **Programming Expertise:**
Deep proficiency in multiple programming languages, with a strong preference for
**Python**

- **System Design Ability:**
Demonstrated experience in designing and building complex, distributed systems, with a deep understanding of
