In this role, you will provide exceptional customer support to our Albanian-speaking clients, ensuring their inquiries and requests are handled with care and professionalism.


**Responsibilities**

- Assist Albanian-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat with their inquiries regarding products and services
- Provide clear and accurate information about our offerings and guide customers through any issues they may encounter
- Resolve customer complaints in a courteous and effective manner, aiming for high satisfaction levels
- Accurately document all customer interactions in the CRM system to maintain high-quality service standards
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to optimize the customer experience
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to effectively address client questions

**Requirements**

- Fluency in Albanian (both written and spoken); proficiency in English is a plus
- Previous experience in customer service, especially in a multinational environment, is an advantage
- Strong communication skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Ability to handle conflicts and provide effective solutions to customer issues
- Proficiency in CRM systems and basic computer applications
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid setting
- Willingness to relocate to Sofia and embrace a new cultural experience with provided relocation support
