Amazon & Packaging Designer

We are looking for a talented and highly motivated Graphic Designer to join our dynamic design team.

The role involves designing and developing packaging materials, from concept to final product, using Adobe Suite. In addition, the position includes the creation and optimization of Amazon listing designs for both new and existing collections, ensuring compelling visual storytelling and strong marketplace performance. Working Hours: Monday to Friday 15:00 – 23:00 CET

Location: In Office and/or Remote  

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**

- Responsible for developing artwork for the design department starting from creating concepts, setting up dielines, preparing tech packs, and updating the files for internal and bulk production use.
- Create flat technical illustrations of new products in alignment with client requirements and brand guidelines.
- Develop detailed presentation sheets for potential buyers, illustrating product colorways, specifications, and key features.
- Prepare comprehensive production documents (in Excel or Adobe Illustrator) outlining technical details for vendors, including dimensions, color codes, logo and element placement, materials and finishing specifications.
- Collaborate closely with vendors to ensure products and packaging are manufactured according to approved specifications and to ensure maintaining quality standards.
- Prepare clear and engaging infographic sheets and visual presentations to support buyer proposals and product showcases.
- Develop accurate and visually compelling 3D mockups for products, packaging, and displays to aid in design visualization and presentation.
- Develop and optimize Amazon content to enhance product listings, ensuring it is visually appealing and informative.
- Create layouts that comply with guidelines, ensuring that the content is engaging and efficient in communicating the brand messaging.

**Required Skills**

- Experience in graphic design, with a focus on packaging design while following best practices.
- Proficient user of design softwares such as Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
- Visual design skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and good organizational skills.
- Good understanding of Amazon’s content guidelines and best practices would be a plus.
- A degree or an equivalent training in Graphic Design, or/and other relevant fields is preferred.
