**👩💻👨💻About You**

We are looking for an
**Application Support Specialist**
to join our
**Application Management Services (AMS)**
team, providing operational support and maintenance for the
**NOW platform**
in production and test environments.

🔧
**Key Responsibilities**

- Act as the
**primary interface with the customer**
for issues related to the
**NOW system**
- Support and manage
**JPUB interface processes**
(Billing)
- Collaborate with
**development and engineering teams**
to analyze and resolve issues originating from
**production or testing environments**
- Provide
**application support and maintenance**
for core platform processes
- Analyze, manage, and resolve
**tickets raised via Remedy**
, ensuring compliance with SLAs
- Perform
**qualitative and quantitative data analysis and data remediation**
- Investigate system anomalies and contribute to root cause analysis and corrective actions

🛠️
**Required Skills & Experience**

- Strong knowledge of
**SQL**
for data analysis, troubleshooting, and data correction
- Experience in
**application support or AMS environments**
- Familiarity with
**production and test (UAT/QA) environments**
- Understanding of system integration and interface processes (e.g., billing systems)

**⭐Nice-to-Have**

- Experience with
**NOW platform**
or similar enterprise systems
- Knowledge of
**JPUB billing interfaces**
- Familiarity with
**ITSM tools**
such as
**Remedy**
- Experience working in regulated or mission-critical environments
