**Role Description**

This is a full-time, on-site Assistant role based in Strumica. The Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing daily office tasks, and coordinating with various departments to ensure smooth operations. Responsibilities may include scheduling, organizing documents, communicating with clients, and assisting with the procurement and support processes related to laboratory equipment. The role may also involve providing basic technical support and assisting in equipment documentation and organization.

**Qualifications**

- Experience in administrative tasks such as scheduling, document management, and client communication.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities with attention to detail.
- Basic technical understanding or willingness to learn about laboratory equipment.
- Proficiency in using office software applications and tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and any additional relevant languages.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and interact professionally with clients.
- Prior experience in a similar role or knowledge of the medical or laboratory industry is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are an asset.
