**Role Description**

This is a full-time, on-site position in Tirana for an Assistant Lawyer. The role involves providing research assistance, preparing legal documents, drafting contracts, and supporting attorneys in court proceedings. Responsibilities include maintaining legal records, conducting case analysis, coordinating with clients, and assisting with legal correspondence. The Assistant Lawyer will work collaboratively with the legal team to ensure high-quality service and compliance with legal standards.


**Qualifications**


- Strong legal research, analysis, and writing skills
- Experience in drafting contracts, legal documents, and managing case files
- Proficiency in legal software and tools along with familiarity with local legal systems
- Effective communication, collaboration, and problem-solving abilities in a team-oriented environment
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree or equivalent legal qualification is required
- Bar association membership or eligibility to practice in the jurisdiction of Albania
- Prior experience in a legal or corporate environment is advantageous
