Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled
Technical Infrastructure Consultant
with proven experience managing large-scale server environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in configuring, maintaining, and optimizing more than 100 servers across diverse platforms, while also supporting international client projects and software asset management initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Server management including installation, configuration, and monitoring of physical and virtual servers.
- Performance optimization to ensure high availability and reliability of critical systems.
- Security implementation including patch management, access control, and compliance with industry standards.
- Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues across large infrastructures.
- Automation of routine tasks to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams to support business operations and IT projects.
- Work on a variety of international client projects and build deep expertise in IT asset and vendor management.
- Integrate SAM tools with enterprise repositories such as Active Directory, VMware, System Center, and scanning agents.
- Manage the setup and configuration of Software Asset Management tools across client environments.
- Maintain client SAM tools, including license recording and data management.
- Develop solutions to automate and enhance data processing of Excel, CSV, and TXT datasets.
- Ensure clients stay in control of their software landscape by tracking evolving market trends.

Qualifications:

- A professional with a degree in Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Experienced in system administration on Windows and/or Linux.
- Proficient in SQL and stored procedures, with hands-on database experience.
- Familiar with one or more scripting languages such as Python, PowerShell, C#, or .NET.
- Analytical and structured, with a strong eye for technical problem-solving.
- A clear communicator who can explain complex technical topics.
- Curious about emerging technologies and eager to keep developing skills.
- Fluent in English, written and spoken, in an international consulting environment.
- Experience with Power BI or software licensing models is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
- Knowledge of containerization.
- Scripting skills in PowerShell, Bash, or Python.
