**Job Description:**

We are looking for an
**Atlassian Support & QA Specialist**
to provide first‑level support, process validation, and manual testing activities within Jira and Jira Xray environments.

**Key Responsibilities:**

Provide
**support and first‑level debugging**
for Atlassian platforms (primarily Jira), ensuring processes run correctly and efficiently.

Read and interpret documentation, validate workflows, and perform initial troubleshooting—including access and checks in
**Elastic**
.

Design and execute
**manual tests**
in Jira Xray: writing test suites, test cases, and running tests on the main Jira processes.

Support SpringLab in validating releases, identifying missing test cases, and contributing to the stability of their delivery pipeline.

Manage incidents: evaluate incoming tickets, determine ownership, and decide whether to resolve them directly.

**Skills and Qualifications:**

Strong hands-on experience with
**Atlassian tools**
, especially
**Jira**
and
**Xray**
.

Ability to understand, follow, and validate
**complex operational processes**
.

Experience in
**manual testing**
, test design, and release validation.

Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.

**Fluency in Italian is mandatory.**
