- Graduated with a degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with a solid understanding of accounting principles. 📊
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel. 💻
- Results-oriented, proactive, and detail-driven. 🔍
- Able to collaborate effectively in a multicultural team, with strong interpersonal skills. 🌍
- Comfortable managing multiple tasks with a flexible, motivated, and proactive mindset. 💡
- Very good written and spoken Italian and English (Italian language courses may be provided).

**Your future role**
**As an Audit Support Junior Analyst, you will:**

- Build working relationships with clients’ personnel and perform analytical reviews of accounting and tax documents.
- Review clients’ accounts, operating procedures, and internal control systems.
- Perform compliance controls at the highest standard level, meeting client expectations.
- Carry out quarterly reviews of ordinary accounting activities (verifiche trimestrali) in support of audit controls.
- Prepare outputs and documentation supporting Deloitte’s reviews.
- Provide recommendations to improve company controls and efficiency.
- Ensure all activities are completed on time and in line with the work plan.
