**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inxhinier Kostoist, based in Tirana. The role involves preparing and analyzing cost estimates for construction projects, conducting detailed feasibility studies, managing budgets, evaluating project costs, and maintaining cost control. The successful candidate will collaborate with the design and project management teams to ensure cost-effectiveness and alignment with project specifications while adhering to deadlines and quality standards.

**Qualifications**

- Strong knowledge and experience in cost estimation, budgeting, and cost control
- Proficiency in construction and design-related software tools
- Analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in conducting feasibility studies
- Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects effectively
- Effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
- Familiarity with construction standards and regulations in Albania
- Experience in construction or project management is a plus
