We are building a new software platform for dental clinics and are looking for a
**co-founder with real dental industry experience**
to help shape it.

Dental software has changed very little in the past decades. Most systems were built around billing, not around how a clinic actually operates day to day. At Codrix Systems Albania, we are developing a Dental Clinic Operating System focused on real workflow automation, smarter patient communication, and operational visibility that helps practices grow.

The technology side is covered. What we need is deep understanding of how clinics function in reality.

This is not a consultant or advisor role. This is a
**founding opportunity**

We are looking for someone who:

• Has hands-on experience in dental clinics or dental technology

• Understands real operational workflows and challenges

• Is curious about innovation and long-term product building

• Is comfortable with early-stage startup risk

• Wants to help build and shape a scalable product

Development has already started. There is
**no salary at this stage**
, only equity and the opportunity to build something meaningful from the ground up.
