**Role Description**

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Internal Auditor located in Tirana, Albania. The Internal Auditor will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating financial documents, assessing internal controls and compliance, conducting audits on organizational processes, and preparing detailed audit reports. In this capacity, the role contributes to ensuring best practices in risk management, operational efficiency, and adherence to regulations.

**Qualifications**

- Strong knowledge of auditing standards, internal controls, and financial reporting.
- Analytical skills for risk assessment and attention to detail in evaluating organizational processes.
- Proficiency in documentation, report writing, and data analysis.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines effectively.
- Bachelor’s and Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Certified Internal Auditor qualification is a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with diverse teams.
