Automation & Performance Tester

Position: Automation & Performance Tester

To strengthen our Quality Assurance team, working with one of our key clients, we are looking for an Automation & Performance Tester who is fluent in Italian language.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze functional requirements to define automated test scenarios
- Design, develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts (UI, API, regression)
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate with developers and business analysts to identify defects and ensure high software quality
- Use performance testing tools to simulate traffic and measure system stability
- Analyze performance metrics and produce detailed reports
- Work closely with DevOps and development teams to optimize system performance and reliability

Requirements

- Hands-on experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Robot Framework)
- Strong knowledge of at least one programming language (Java, Python, JavaScript, or C#)
- Experience with performance testing tools such as JMeter
- Knowledge of API testing tools (e.g., Postman)
- Experience with version control systems (Git)
- Solid understanding of web architectures, microservices, and protocols (HTTP, REST, SOAP)
- Italian language is mandatory (B2)
