Azure DevOps Engineer

Proxiad SEE is an IT consulting and software development company, part of Proxiad Group France. Were also the company behind two software solutions for office work – our workplace management software, Desk Buddy, and our performance management software, GROW.

We are looking for a
**hands-on DevOps Engineer**
to support the migration of an on-premises
**Azure DevOps Server**
environment to
**GitHub**
. A migration strategy and target architecture are already defined and supervised by an internal technical lead.

**Responsibilities:**

- Migrate Git repositories from Azure DevOps Server to GitHub (including Git LFS to Artifactory).
- Convert Azure DevOps pipelines (Classic and YAML) to GitHub Actions.
- Adapt build scripts (PowerShell/Bash), tools, and dependencies for GitHub.
- Validate builds, tests, and releases on GitHub-hosted or self-hosted runners.
- Identify technical risks and propose solution options.
- Document work and report progress to the internal lead.

**Deliverables:**

- Migrated repositories and GitHub Actions workflows.
- Updated build scripts and configurations.
- Technical documentation and task-level reporting.

**Required Skills:**

- 5+ years hands-on experience with Git, YAML, PowerShell/Bash.
- Good knowledge of Azure DevOps pipelines and GitHub Actions.
- CI/CD migration and troubleshooting experience.
- Structured, reliable execution in a supervised environment.
