📍 Location: Tirana, Albania (On-site, office-based)

🕒 Schedule: Full-time | Monday – Friday, 15.00-23.00

**Role Overview**

We are seeking a
**confident and results-driven B2B Phone Sales Representative**
with
**proven B2B sales experience**
to manage and grow phone-based sales for
**HCC’s halal certification services**
. This role is ideal for someone comfortable engaging with
**decision-makers and executives**
, thrives in a structured sales environment, and knows how to move opportunities from first contact to closed deal.

If you have experience selling services to businesses, handling objections, and closing deals over the phone, this role is for you.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Manage
**inbound warm leads**
and conduct
**outbound cold calls**
to manufacturing companies
- Promote and sell
**halal certification services**
to B2B clients
- Speak confidently with
**executives, owners, and key decision-makers**
- Clearly explain the certification process, address objections, and answer detailed questions
- Consistently
**follow up to advance prospects through the sales funnel and close deals**
- Accurately log all calls, notes, and activities in
**Zoho CRM (Bigin and related apps)**
- Maintain an organized pipeline and meet or exceed sales targets

**Qualifications**

- **Previous B2B sales experience is mandatory**
(phone-based sales strongly preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to
**cold call, qualify leads, and close deals**
- Strong communication skills with a
**professional, persuasive phone presence**
- Confidence handling objections and navigating complex B2B conversations
- Highly organized, goal-oriented, and comfortable working in a structured office environment

Tools & Systems (Experience Is a Plus)

- Zoho ecosystem (Bigin, Zoho Sign, Zoho Phone/PBX)
- VoIP phone systems
- Google Workspace
- Microsoft Office
