This is a performance-based B2B sales role in an office environment in Skopje.

• Reach 120 minutes of talk time daily

**WHAT YOU WILL SELL**
We sell international B2B conference participation packages to senior executives worldwide.
Deal value per client: €1,800 – €2,200.
You are selling access to high-level business networks, not low-value products.
**COMPENSATION**
This is a performance-driven compensation model with a fixed base and uncapped commission.
Your earnings are directly tied to your output and results.
• Strong performers consistently grow their income month over month
• Top performers significantly outperform standard benchmarks
