**Responsibilities**

- Lead a team of SAP consultants in delivering Sales Order Management solutions
- Communicate with clients to gather requirements and understand business processes
- Design SAP SD solutions that meet client needs
- Create detailed specifications for SAP SD configurations
- Customize the SAP system based on business requirements
- Test SAP configurations to ensure functionality and quality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful delivery
- Oversee project timelines and deliverables
- Ensure compliance with SAP standards and best practices
- Conduct client and project interviews
- Mentor and support team members
- Facilitate knowledge sharing within the team
- Provide direction and guidance during problem resolution

**Requirements**

- SAP SD consulting experience of 5+ years
- Proven leadership experience managing teams of 5–8 consultants
- Successful project management experience in Sales Order Management
- Expert knowledge in SAP SD topics including contracts, call-offs, and ATP
- Hands-on experience with S/4HANA
- Familiarity with SAP AFS
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong prioritization skills
- Effective time management skills
- Advanced stakeholder management skills
- Upper-Intermediate (B2+) English language proficiency
- Readiness to work remotely with monthly travel to Stuttgart, Germany
- Capability to conduct client interviews
- Ability to participate in project interviews

- SAP AFS certification
