**Role Description**
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Back Office Assistant based in Skopje, with flexibility for partial remote work. The Back Office Assistant will handle administrative tasks, ensure efficient back office operations, provide support to front office teams, and ensure that customer inquiries are managed effectively. They will also assist with maintaining records, preparing reports, and performing various clerical duties to support the smooth functioning of the team.
**Qualifications**
- Proficiency in Back Office Operations and Administrative Assistance
- Strong Analytical Skills and attention to detail
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Proficiency in using office software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, databases)
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
- Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Fluency in Macedonian and English
