**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Banking Officer, located in Strumica. The Banking Officer will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing client relationships, and assisting customers with banking products and services. The role involves handling loan processing, financial transactions, and supporting the development of financial solutions tailored to client needs. The individual will also work closely with internal and external stakeholders to meet organizational goals while ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with regulations.


**Qualifications**


- Strong knowledge of Finance and Loans processing
- Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills
- Proficiency in Business Relationship Management practices
- Problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in a retail or commercial banking environment is an advantage
- Proficiency in relevant banking software and tools is a plus
- Fluency in Macedonian and a working knowledge of English
