As a Bellboy (with valet duties), you will play a key role in shaping our guests’ first and last impressions of the hotel. Your main responsibilities include warmly welcoming guests, assisting with luggage, and professionally managing guest vehicles when required. The ideal candidate is experienced in handling high-end vehicles and delivering exceptional, luxury-level guest service with attention to detail and discretion.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm, friendly, and professional attitude.
- Assist guests with unloading/loading luggage and escort them to their rooms.
- Provide detailed information about hotel facilities and services.
- Safely park and retrieve guest vehicles in a timely and efficient manner (when required)
- Handle luxury, sports, and high-value vehicles with extreme caution and professionalism.
- Ensure the driveway and entrance area are clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
- Respond promptly to guest requests for assistance with luggage, transportation, or valet services.
- Coordinate with the Front Office, and Security to ensure smooth guest arrivals and departures.
- Uphold IHG service standards and demonstrate the brand’s values in every guest interaction.
- Report any incidents, damages, or suspicious behavior immediately to management or security.

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience as Bellboy and/or Valet, preferably in a 4 or 5-star hotel environment.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Strong experience in driving automatic and manual transmission vehicles, including high-end brands (e.g. BMW, Mercedes, Porsche, Range Rover, etc.).
- Excellent customer service and communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus).
- Well-groomed appearance, polite and professional demeanor.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy luggage
- Ability to remain calm and courteous under pressure.
