Business Analyst for Data & AI Platform

We are looking for a Business Analayst to join our Data & AI Team.


**Tasks**
**Core Responsibilities:**

- Collaborate with Users to gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements
- Facilitate grooming / refinement sessions within the Team
- Ensure requirements are well-understood and implemented correctly throughout the development lifecycle.
- Communicate to platform users on new / deprecated platform featuresSupport testing and validation of new features to ensure they meet business and user expectations
- Assist in defining acceptance criteria and test cases
- Prepare cost and benefit analysis
- Maintain comprehensive internal/external documentation including process flows, feature specifications and use cases
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable user stories and functional specifications
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to elicit requirements and validate solutions

**Requirements**

- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in data, AI, or cloud platform projects
- Strong understanding of Azure Cloud services, especially those related to data and AI (e.g., Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Databricks, Azure ML)
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps)
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities

**Preferred Qualifications**



- Experience with data governance, data architecture, or MLOps
- Background in data science or software engineering is a plus
- Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) or Azure technologies
