**Business Development Associate – Franchise Growth - Job Description**

addCar is an international car rental franchise brand expanding globally.

We’re looking for a Business Development Associate who is eager to learn, grow, and build a long-term career in international franchise development.

This is a hands-on growth role, ideal for someone with experience in related fields (sales, commercial roles, operations, marketing, hospitality, consulting) who wants to develop into a Business Development professional in a global environment.

**What you’ll do:**

• Research and identify new markets and potential franchise partners

• Support lead generation through outbound outreach, inbound leads, and research

• Present our franchise concept and support prospects throughout the evaluation process

• Coordinate with internal teams during franchise onboarding

• Maintain and update a structured sales / franchise pipeline

• Learn franchise expansion best practices and gradually take on more responsibility

(This role will grow in scope as you grow in the role)

**Who we’re looking for:**

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, operations, marketing, consulting, hospitality, aviation, real estate, or similar

• Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with international partners

• Curious, proactive, and eager to learn a new profession

• Organized and comfortable working with targets and follow-ups

• International mindset and ability to work across cultures

• Fluent English required (other languages are a strong plus)

*Previous franchise experience is NOT a must – training will be provided.*
